What’s going on, guys? Today is your lucky day because I’m going to take you through an at-home, fat-loss cardio workout that’s going to have you breaking a sweat. Grab a towel and some water, and let’s go!
So, were at my place today to show you all how to get started working out right at home. I’ve cleared just a little bit of space for this workout, so let me show you what I’m talking about because I’m gonna show you how to sweat your ass off – right now.
You will be doing 5 Exercises back-to-back, 8 reps each. You’re finished when you do a total of 3 full rounds with just a 60-second break between each round. Here are the exercises:

1:20 – Exercise #2: Air Squats
1:38 – Exercise #3: Chair Dips
1:56 – Exercise #4: Bent-Knee Ground Wipers
2:21 – Exercise #5: Plank Reaches
